TERMS OF USE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
PROYECTOS HUMILLADERO 6, SL, with CIF B90099904, domiciled at Calle Humilladero 6, 41560 Estepa (Sevilla), Spain (hereinafter "the Company"), provides access to the pH6 platform under the following terms and conditions:
1. PURPOSE
This platform provides private communication and file management services between registered users and the Company's administration team.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT APPROVAL
Registration is subject to approval by an administrator. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request without prior notice.
3. DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, we inform you that by registering, the following personal data will be collected and processed:
- Email address: Used for communications, notifications, registration status updates and password recovery.
- Phone number: Required. Stored for contact purposes by the administration.
- Company name (if supplied): Stored to associate the user with a company for administrative purposes.
- Content of chats with administrators: Messages are stored encrypted and may be reviewed by administration for support purposes.

5. USER RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to soporte@ph6.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
6. DATA RETENTION
Personal data will be retained for as long as the user account remains active. Upon account deletion, data will be removed within 30 days, except where legal obligations require longer retention.
7. SECURITY
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
8. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, distribution of malicious content or any purpose contrary to applicable law.
9. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
